Opened in 1973, it is Connecticut's first established winery. HBV produces quality white, red and fruit wines.

HB is the fun place to taste! Come enjoy a tasting in a personality filled setting with educated staff members. Do you know the difference between a Blush and a Rose wine? How about why you decant a wine? Have you tasted Extra Aged Beemster or French Langres cheeses, or know what to pair them with? Have you ever tasted dark chocolate w/cayenne pepper paired with red wine, or know why you would pair the two? Come let us teach you...
Bubbly Blend had an amazing start last weekend. The appetizer and dinner events were well attended and delicious food and BUBBLY was enjoyed by all. Come in and try the new Bubbly or order it now through phone or email-THIS STOCK WILL NOT LAST a couple of weeks! ONLY 15 cases were made.

New Event! SEDUCTIVE DESSERTS 
Join Haight-Brown for a delicious seductive evening on February 12, 2012 from 6pm-9pm. A tasting menu created by Homemade Gourmet will celebrate the pairings of 3 white wine desserts and 3 red wine desserts to complement your tasting menu. You won't leave hungry! For $45 per person you will have a truly memorable experience. Reservations and payment required in advance for a proper head count.
VALENTINE'S Decadance is still open on Sunday February 12 at 1pm and 3pm! Register now for a delightful way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Enjoy a glass of wine and a made to order crepe for only $12 (normally $14). Crepe fillings depend upon stock that day, but some combinations have been: Brie+Apple, Brie+Pear, Honey Goat cheese+strawberry jam, Hummus+ham, Hummus+carrots, Nutella+bananna, S'More(chocolate, graham cracker and fluff/marshmallow)-and of course any cheese that is in the cheese case!

Open Friday 12-5, Saturday 11-6pm & Sunday 12-5pm
We will also be open later on weekends depending on demand - so please call first if you plan on visiting after 5pm.
Wine tastings are conducted on an individual basis. Wine tasting concludes promptly at 4:30pm.
However, you are welcome to purchase a bottle, or wine by the glass to enjoy until we close at 5pm.
