Imported and Artisanal Cheese Display – imported and artisan cheeses served with crackers and accompanied with dried fruits, preserves, nuts.

Charcuterie Platter – local and imported selection of sausages and sliced meats including chorizo, chianti and garlic salumeria, smoked beef and venison, prosciutto, mortadella, sopressata served with an assortment of mustards and local breads and crackers.
